Here is the kind of thing that bugs the crap out of me about Windows 8.
I just tried to open my recycling bin and delete the files. I opened the window and hit delete and the files disappeared. Then I hit ALT+F4 to close the window and I get a message that says "close the window and cancel file transfer?" What the hell?! The OS is scheduling the release of the file pointers or something which shouldn't take that long and it's telling me that it can't close the window because it's not done? But then if you hit the 'X' to close the window it works... Horrible design. |

Back then, my idol was Bugs Bunny, because I saw a cartoon of him playing ball - you know, the one where he plays every position himself with nobody else on the field but him? Now that I think of it, Bugs is still my idol. You have to love a ballplayer like that. |

I overanalyze things way too much, to the point where it affects my life. Like, when I'm talking to a boy, I'll overanalyze a text message he sent. And I have to think to myself, 'Just chill out. Some guy sent me a text message. That's all. Don't read something into it that's not there. Just be glad he sent you a text message!' |

It was Orwellian. I completely disappeared, and disappeared the same day. It was by early that evening when the Times story ran. That was an overreaction. All human beings under pressure behave poorly. |

I'm damn successful but I got here by not taking crap. I still don't take crap, so if anybody needs a champion, let it be me. |

The Democratic Party is the party that opened its arms. We opened them to every nationality, every creed. We opened them to the immigrants. The Democratic Party is the party of the people. |

Because forgiveness is like this: a room can be dank because you have closed the windows, you've closed the curtains. But the sun is shining outside, and the air is fresh outside. In order to get that fresh air, you have to get up and open the window and draw the curtains apart. |

Whether it's an $11 flip-flop or a $2 key ring or a $2,000 dress, they're all done with integrity. They're all done with a design sense. As long as the creativity exists, then I don't think it's a sellout. A sellout is putting your name on any piece of crap and then expecting people to buy it because it's got your name on it. |

Any professional knows that the flute and the piano is a boring combination. All you've got to arrive at is a kind of typical gestural crap, right? You might agree, though you wouldn't call it gestural crap. |

Suffering makes a people greater, and we have suffered much. We had a message to give the world, but we were overwhelmed, and the message was cut off in the middle. In time there will be millions of us - becoming stronger and stronger - and we will complete the message. |

Please, all you MCs out there, all you fans out there, don't think Big gonna make a record dissing 2Pac or the West Coast because it's not going down like that. I cant even see me wasting my time or my talent to disrespect another black man. |

As the plot unfolds, it becomes clear that Elliot hacks and doxes the people in his life (including himself), then stores the information he finds onto CDs. He then labels them with some classic band label.
Many have wondered why he'd be doing that and how safe would that be?
The answer is that Eliot is hiding the data on those CDs. He is actually copying music to those CDs, then embedding encrypted information on them that only he can recover. So anyone who finds them will see and hear only audio and will be unable to find or retrieve the hidden information. In this way, Elliot's data on h...

I had a dream I was in a car crash and I was scrunched down in my seat so I couldn't see out the window. I was afraid that I would land in water so I didn't want to spend the time to sit up in my seat and look out the window because I was afraid that it would take too much time and that if I did land in water that I wouldn't be able to react in time to open the door. It was the middle of winter and like 0 degrees outside so it was additionally scary because of that. I don't remember where I landed exactly cause I woke up.

I like to look out the window and think about what it would look like out there if I ate everything that is technically edible.

NSA-Leaking Shadow Brokers Just Dumped Its Most Damaging Release Yet ( The Shadow Brokers -- the mysterious person or group that over the past eight months has leaked a gigabyte worth of the National Security Agency's weaponized software exploits -- just published its most significant release yet. Friday's dump contains potent exploits and hacking tools that target most versions of Microsoft Windows and evidence of sophisticated hacks on the SWIFT banking system of several banks across the world. Friday's release -- which came as much of the computing world was planning a long weekend to observe the Easter holiday -- contains close to 300 megabytes of materials the leakers said were stolen from the NSA. The contents (a convenient overview is here) included compiled binaries for exploits that targeted vulnerabilities in a long line of Windows operating systems, including Windows 8 and Wi...

We were looking out the window to see the stars and this shooting star came down and was burning up. It was all white and blue and then turned green and then yellow and red and it was all rainbow and beautiful. It burned up right as it got to the apartment roofs. What are the chances that it would stop right before it hit the ground?

I don't think everyone in your dreams is yourself. In a solipsistic sense everything all the time is part of you. Everything you see and experience is in your brain. I think you can imagine other people in your dreams and they are expressions of your perceptions and to some degree reflections of yourself, but that degree could be close to 100% or close to 0%.

i have a theory that over time tobacco companies have made cigarettes less harmful because they want people to continue spending money. although that throws the population control theory out the window.

Dream of the day: I was driving my car but I was in the backseat so I couldn't see very well or brake (or my brakes weren't working, it's not clear). My car hit the curb, flew up into the air, flipped over, and went through the second story window of a hospital. Plus side: I was already in the hospital when I stumbled out of the wreckage.
