I go where the revolution is, and the revolution is Ron Paul. Ron Paul is a champion of the Constitution. He's about getting rid of the Federal Reserve and shrinking federal government. |
Maya Angelou |
The thing to do, it seems to me, is to prepare yourself so you can be a rainbow in somebody else's cloud. Somebody who may not look like you. May not call God the same name you call God - if they call God at all. I may not dance your dances or speak your language. But be a blessing to somebody. That's what I think. |
Bob Marley |
If you're white and you're wrong, then you're wrong; if you're black and you're wrong, you're wrong. People are people. Black, blue, pink, green - God make no rules about color; only society make rules where my people suffer, and that why we must have redemption and redemption now. |
Vanilla Ice |
Listen, if you don't talk big game, you never get anywhere. If you don't think big, you don't get big. Some people call it egotistical, some people call it high hopes, some people call it confidence. It's all in how you want to dissect it. |
Marilyn Manson |
I care about the people I know and love the most, but I also care about what the people I don't know think in the sense that I want them to think and understand me in a certain way. I don't base my life around either one, and I don't change the way I live to please either set of people, but I do care. |
Douglas Adams |
The major difference between a thing that might go wrong and a thing that cannot possibly go wrong is that when a thing that cannot possibly go wrong goes wrong it usually turns out to be impossible to get at and repair. |
Mitch Daniels |
Left to ourselves, we might pick the wrong health insurance, the wrong mortgage, the wrong school for our kids; why, unless they stop us, we might pick the wrong light bulb. |
Bob Marley |
Babylon is everywhere. You have wrong and you have right. Wrong is what we call Babylon, wrong things. That is what Babylon is to me. I could have born in England, I could have born in America, it make no difference where me born, because there is Babylon everywhere. |
Malcolm X |
The real names of our people were destroyed during slavery. The last name of my forefathers was taken from them when they were brought to America and made slaves, and then the name of the slave master was given, which we refuse, we reject that name today and refuse it. I never acknowledge it whatsoever. |
Eugene Fama |
People are always saying that prices are too high. When they turn out to be right, we anoint them. When they turn out to be wrong, we ignore them. They are typically right and wrong about half the time. |

Oh, I remember my other dream. It was that something was wrong with my stomach and I was bleeding internally and the skin was all discolored. There was some kind of bump on my stomach and it hurt and I knew something was really wrong with me and then I was trying to figure out if I should call an ambulance or drive to the hospital.

But i dont care about society. I care first and foremost about myself because I am willing to shed the unnecessary. After me comes my family but if my family isn't willing to shed the fat of american culture then theres only so much I can do. They dont have to live in a rain forest with me but if they want to I will help them.

I can't tell if some people are incapable of considering other people's feelings and point of view or if they just don't care enough to try.

Call it over stimulated chakras, call it being too cerebral, call it introversion, introspection, anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsion, insomnia, dehydration, high blood pressure, call it preoccupation, call it loneliness, call it unsynchronized vibrations or stress. The truth is you think that you can think your way through life and out of this mindset, and continually finding out that you can't. It's not yoga or mediation, it's not pills or constructive hobbies, exercise or organization. You need to let go.

Dude or dudette, I have trouble with this all the time. My thoughts is that EVERYONE is capable of being considerate and bettering themselves but they just don't care. However I think after years or decades of not giving a shit about anyone but themselves, they get stuck in that mindset. Nurture is so important because as we know most people tend not to change thaaat much, so if they are being raised well then they end up having these lifelong values stuck with them.
I've seen tons of people who seem incapable of considering others, but I find that at least some reflect on their actions, but when they are in the thick of it, don't consider or reflect on those thoughts, which I get, it's hard to be active and reflect at the same time. ...

America has a higher rate of incarcerated inmates per capita than any other country on the planet. We put more people in cages than even the countries where they can arrest you for speaking wrong, or praying wrong, or for no reason at all. Land of the free?

I had a dream that involved this shopping center a lot for some reason. I went there with my parents and I went there with my violin to play a few times and it seemed like the past because I had my parent's old car. But then also in grad school, ppl were texting me asking where I was and I was like always at one of the places in the center. One was a steak n shake and ppl would text me and be like "where are you" and I'd tell them I was there and they asked me why and I was like I love milkshakes what don't you understand. And then I remember doing academic things and traveling with the lab but then having to leave one place early to go to France. One person knew that I knew this one guy that died and she was like asking me to tell other people what he had said to me and I was like I don't know. I think you guys know everything. I don't think he told me anything he didn't tell you but this really stressed me out for some reason that she thought I knew more. And I was sad and ppl didn'...

The hippies are wrong too. You can't have peace without having war. There's always gonna be an evil asshole who prefers to take advantage of civilization and assert his will with violence. Don't turn the other cheek. Kill these people. Peace resumes.
