I made some good Halloween rice today. It was purple rice with baked tofu and a spicy sriracha bibimbap sauce and then it had stir fried carrots, onion, garlic, and a scotch bonnet. They were fried with this chili powder, idk what it was exactly but it was super spicy with all of those things together but very orange and purple (looked orange and black). |

Ingredients:
Half a large Red Onion (Chopped)
A lot of Garlic! (I put about 10-15 cloves. Crush the garlic with a knife and chop, or use a garlic crusher)
Half a Can of Tomato Paste (6 oz)
Louisiana Hot Sauce (Ashanti) This is all based on how spicy you want it, we like it hot hot hot!
Italian Seasoning (Make sure to crush it between your hands and sprinkle it on) I use a generous amount, about a palm full)

1. Combine ground beef, onion, garlic, and green pepper in a large saucepan. Cook and stir until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain grease.
2. Stir diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste into the pan. Season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer spaghetti sauce for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Pretty good meal I just made with some leftovers:
Baked sweet potatos at 425 for 20 min, flip halfway through.
Fry poblano, onion, jalapeno in one pan
Fry eggs in separate pan
Take baked sweet potato and add to pan with pepprs and onion and add cardamom, some paprkia, and tiny bit of chili powder
Cook white rice
