Grilt Gheese: Heres what ya do, okay?
Put some sourdough bread on a plate. 2 slices. Butter one side each and mix small drops of sriracha into the butter as you spread it on. Then three cheeses on the inside: mild cheddar, sharp white cheddar, and mozzarella. Preferably one slice of each. MAKE THAT GRILT CHEESE in a pan. Flip it a few times. Voila ...
