I had a dream last night about grocery shopping. I bought at least 3 different types of apples. I almost forgot to get potatoes, and I only realized it when I got to the checkout line with my class project partner (we were shopping together, apparently), so I panicked and ran off to find them. |

In my dreams and visions, I seemed to see a line, and on the other side of that line were green fields, and lovely flowers, and beautiful white ladies, who stretched out their arms to me over the line, but I couldn't reach them no-how. I always fell before I got to the line. |

In the summer you want fresh, light and sort of quick things; in winter you want things that are comforting, so your body really tells you you want to go towards potatoes, apples, fennel, things that are warm and comforting. And loin of pork. |

I ran track in high school very competitively, and then ran it D-1 at Boston University. I ran there on an athletic scholarship and chose BU because they had both a good track program and an arts program. |

I ran away from home. I ran away from St. Louis, and then I ran away from the United States of America, because of that terror of discrimination, that horrible beast which paralyzes one's very soul and body. |

One cannot live on potatoes alone. It is said that one wants bread with potatoes. And when there's no bread, a Jew takes his stick, and goes through the village in search of business. |

Zen does not confuse spirituality with thinking about God while one is peeling potatoes. Zen spirituality is just to peel the potatoes. |

I'm a big online everything. But for me, shopping online started with music, obviously, then it went onto books, meditation CDs, and I just recently bought these electronic cigarettes. My husband is trying to quit smoking, so I went online and I bought those BluCigs cigarettes in every flavor for him. |

Well, I'm pretty domestic actually. I walk my dog. I go grocery shopping. I hang out with friends. I'm pretty normal, whatever normal is, on my off time. |

I shampoo only once a week or so, with tree tea oil shampoo. And when I slap moisturizer on my face - just some stuff I bought in the grocery store - I pile it through my hair. |

Unlike the heart or kidney, which have a small, defined set of cell types, we still do not have a taxonomy of neurons, and neuroscientists still argue whether specific types of neurons are unique to humans. But there is no disputing that neurons are only about 10 percent of the cells in the human brain. |

Last night I had a dream: I had made a whole podcast that I forgot about and then a bunch of people I kind of know were one day like "wow i loved listening to your podcast this summer, i got my parents and friends into it" and i was like wtf what podcast? and according to them it was some kinda mystery about something that sounded super mundane to me but apparently was a huge hit. I never regained my memory of making the podcast but I enjoyed the clout.

I had a dream that I was supposed to teach and I thought it was one class but then I walked in a minute before it started and asked who was there for this other class and they all raised their hands, so that's when I realized I was supposed to teach a different class. I had to go to another room to get my stuff and I knew I would be late and I was trying to figure out what to teach as I was walking to get my stuff and back to the classroom.

People write here about microplastics in the sea. I'll write about how I forgot my phone in the lost and found room. It all started a night before when I forgot my laptop charger in the law library. I was working with other students for Complexity homework. I was also stressed because of the AIDA project and this made me forget things and be very tired. I didn't even realize I forgot my charger until the end of the next day when my battery was low. The deadline for AIDA had just been pushed back again so I didn't need my laptop that night. Next morning I went to the law library, at the lost and found room to search for my charger. My excitement when I found it was so great that I didn't realize I left my phone on the desk there. Luckily, immediately after leaving the room I could sense that something was wrong. I felt incomplete without my phone. So, very embarrassed I turned back and faced the person in the room. She was amazed at how I left my phone in there after just recovering an...

"I cheated the school system to submit homework later in college.
I am a huge procrastinator and I would always forget to do huge assignments in college. Normally I would do these assignments the night before or the day of, however I would often not have time to finish the project before the deadline.
I remember learning to code in my High School web development class, so I created a script that generated a "File Corrupt" error. I would submit that through the school portal and then when the...

I had a dream that I went back to high school to take some easy credits that would apply to grad school. Some of my friends I went to high school with also decided to go back for the same reasons, but they weren't in any of my classes. One of the three classes I was taking was Calc 3, but I wasn't doing very well after the first exam (which did happen in real life). Going about the school day did not feel right. Something about the way the building was constructed was wrong.. but I could not figure out why I felt that way. My favorite part of each school day was during lunch in the cafeteria because there was a DJ and great food (also similar to real life). One day around 10AM I was wandering around my parent's backyard when I panicked. I realized that I had not been to school in a while... like in two months and I couldn't remember why I stopped going. I sprinted up to the house and i...

I had a dream that I was in a house in the suburbs and there was a person there that was considered a genius of sorts. He was probably in his 40s and his skill was to be able to recognize and match the resonant frequencies of objects in a way that gave him fine-grained control over their movement from the other side of a building. He was tapping his desk and foot in changing rhythms and lamps and chairs and papers were moving around in the basement. He drew a picture on a piece of paper in the basement but he was still upstairs tapping. Then a car crashed through the front window of the house and hit him, presumably killing him. A girl ran out of the car who claimed to be my sister and told me that she needed my help. She was being followed by someone who thought they were her partner in crime but this guy was crazy. We were supposed to go along with him until we could find a chance to get away. Apparently he knew where she was and was coming for us.

I totally had a dream last night about an album that doesn't exist. I woke up and tried to find it and was really confused. I thought the dream was real.

I had a dream I was going to be late to my friends thesis defense. I was in a confusing and ugly building that was some combination of a library and a movie theater. It was very dark in some places but still had reading lamps. I couldn't figure out how to get to the room where the event was happening and I ended up taking a really long route to get there and realized I forgot my things.
