I lie to myself by pretending most of my twitter followers are real people. |

No doubt, corporate CEOs who lie to their shareholders and politicians who lie to their public know and believe intellectually that lying is immoral. Why then do they lie? They lie to others because they first lie to themselves. |
Miguel Angel Ruiz |
You know that if you lie to yourself, surely other people lie to themselves. And if they lie to themselves, they will lie to you also. |
Debby Ryan |
All of the awards, applause, Twitter followers, shoes, it will all go away eventually. But if I can leave the world slightly more hopeful, inspired, and more healed than when I arrived, I did my job. |
Jennifer Ehle |
I started so slowly and had so few followers and then it kind of sort of snowballed. I still feel an intimacy on Twitter, which I think a lot of us do. It feels intimate, doesn't it? I love it. I never thought I would. |
Peter Facinelli |
I like to keep my Twitter pure. I don't want to sell my followers anything. |

With Twitter and other social networking tools, you can get a lot of advice from great people. I learn more from Twitter than any survey or discussion with a big company. |
Marilyn Manson |
Marilyn Monroe wasn't even her real name, Charles Manson isn't his real name, and now, I'm taking that to be my real name. But what's real? You can't find the truth, you just pick the lie you like the best. |
Nick D'Aloisio |
I was using Twitter a lot on my phone, and was realising there was a massive gap between the link on the tweet and the full story. If you could come up with a summary layer to show in Twitter, that would be awesome. |
Taissa Farmiga |
If you don't have a Facebook, like, you're nobody. There's all of these sort of requirements now, and if you don't have all of these things - Facebook, Twitter, etc. - you're made fun of. And Twitter for celebrities... everything is just getting so personal. Pictures of yourself, of what you're eating for breakfast. |
Charles Stanley |
One of Satan's most deceptive and powerful ways of defeating us is to get us to believe a lie. And the biggest lie is that there are no consequences to our own doing. Satan will give you whatever you ask for if it will lead you where he ultimately wants you. |

I had a dream that there was a dollhouse or something and that people in the real world could be put in the dollhouse and they'd be like copies of the people. Inside the dollhouse, there were these giant slug things that would latch on to people and suck the life out of them. The people were trying to escape. They thought that they were the real people and didn't know that they were copies.

Why are people so quick to define each other? No one is some one dimensional character labeled asshole, bitch, loser etc. The more followers you have, the more support you get for your closed mind and heart. But hearts aren't cool right.

I had a dream that I was in an insane asylum and they were testing drugs on people and they gave me one that they wanted to use to control people's bodies. It didn't work and it made people seize when they tried it. It killed a lot of people. They would try to activate the chemical at certain times and I think that corresponded to my real life stomach pain.

I don't know. It's hard to say. The architecture in my dreams is so interesting. I always imagine buildings that I think look really cool but when I wake up I know that they're completely impractical/impossible. Maybe the way that I interpreted it when I woke up made it look like it wasn't complete.
For the wolf thing, there was definitely a disinterest in the people in that park. Not being interested in what people were doing and wanting to wander off into nature.
None of the events in the dream reminded me of real people except when I was avoiding people it reminded me of my family. Maybe I w...

Russian Trolls Tried -- and Failed -- To Push Divisive Content On Vaccines (fortune.com) 190 Posted by EditorDavid on Saturday August 25, 2018 @10:34AM from the thinking-of-the-children dept. Russian trolls "seem to be using vaccination as a wedge issue, promoting discord in American society," according to a new study shared by long-time Slashdot reader skam240. "The topic became another issue the Russian trolls seized upon to widen existing rifts in America and turn citizens against each other," reports NBC News.
But Fortune reports there's more to the story:...

I had a dream where I was leading a group of people that I think I had known a long time ago to an apartment where some relative of mine lived. I think they wanted to kill my relative for some reason and they didn't know I was related to this person so I was pretending to be on the group's side. I knew that if I stopped leading this group to my relatives apartment they'd attack me too. So I led them almost to the apartment but then I had a chance to disappear when they weren't looking so I ran into some random building and I found a way to climb up the wall. I was trying to get into a corner and hide and wait until they all disappeared. Some military-looking vehicle passed by and people shined lights in the windows but no one could see me because I was high enough up.

...who are you to say what is right? I like the beyond good and evil quote and I agree. Real in one sense is what is tangible, but the imagination is also real although it is not tangible. The visions you have in your head are real, but they are not happening in this dimension at least. Time is a way to experience sensuality and willpower imo.
