I had a dream that I was in some hotel and I really needed to shower but I guess my legs were too worn out and the muscles wouldn't work. I couldn't stand up and someone had to help me. |

I have plenty of dream roles because there is so much I want to do, but my dream year would be to be in a single-camera comedy and then, on my hiatus, film a little low-budget indie drama. That would be a dream 12-month period. A dream role depends on having good material and working with people that I can learn from. |
Stephen Covey |
Just as we develop our physical muscles through overcoming opposition - such as lifting weights - we develop our character muscles by overcoming challenges and adversity. |
Dakota Fanning |
It was really really neat to make the movie because there were mentally challenged actors in the movie. So that was really really cool to work with them and they were always really happy, and they made everybody really happy on the set too. |
Frank Gaffney |
Since the presidency of Ronald Reagan, conservatives have succeeded by adhering to a platform that rests firmly on three legs: smaller government, faith and family, and a strong national defense. These three legs do not merely represent a political coalition; they are three necessary components of a strong and secure America. |

Most of the time it's the parents who recognise me. They try to tell their kids, 'Look, it's Giselle,' and I say, 'No, no, no, don't ruin this for them,' because I'm usually standing there with my hair sideways and no make-up on. And the kid is saying, 'That is not Giselle. No way. That is some worn-out girl who really needs a bath.' |
Rudyard Kipling |
Small miseries, like small debts, hit us in so many places, and meet us at so many turns and corners, that what they want in weight, they make up in number, and render it less hazardous to stand the fire of one cannon ball, than a volley composed of such a shower of bullets. |

Hip-hop was created out of necessity. We needed to create some digitized things to help us understand what we were feeling. |

Life is a gamble. You can get hurt, but people die in plane crashes, lose their arms and legs in car accidents; people die every day. Same with fighters: some die, some get hurt, some go on. You just don't let yourself believe it will happen to you. |
Chris Isaak |
I don't spend as much time on my hair as people think. I get out of the shower, whack some grease on there and I'm done. |
Jensen Ackles |
I love the smell of shampoo on a girl's hair. You can walk past someone and be like, 'Wow, you took a shower this morning, didn't you? Because you smell lovely.' |

I had a dream there was someone in my shower at my parents house. They were hiding there I guess? And that was weird and then I met up with my bff and she was practicing violin and looked super sad like something had happened. I think she was also wearing a wide brim hat with a feather in it.

I had a dream where I woke up and I was stuck in some barbed wire and I couldn't move and I was bleeding a lot and I was asking people to help me but they wouldn't look at me and they kept telling me I was fine.

I had a dream that I was in a classroom and there was a school shooting. I think the classroom kind of turned into a hotel room because dreams are like that. Then this one kid was really scared and the shooter came in and was like "hey it'll be okay, lets play patty cake" and he started doing the patty cake thing and someone tackled him and took the gun away. Super weird. I guess I'm never going to stop dreaming about school shootings. #USA

Astronaut Scott Kelly Describes One Year In Space -- And Its After Effects (brisbanetimes.com.au)
53-year-old astronaut Scott Kelly shared a dramatic excerpt from his new book Endurance: A Year in Space, A Lifetime of Discovery in the Brisbane Times, describing his first 48 hours back on earth and what he'd learned on the mission: I push back from the table and struggle to stand up, feeling like a very old man getting out of a recliner... I make it to my bedroom without incident and close the door behind me. Every part of my body hurts. All my joints and all of my muscles are protesting the crushing pressure of gravity. I'm also nauseated, though I haven't thrown up... When I'm finally ver...

I had a dream last night where I spent innumerable dream hours frantically searching high and low for the keys to unlock the Saw-like bomb contraptions from the bodies of several frightened friends. For whatever reason I was not strapped with one, but I was locked in the same labyrinth and oppressed by the anxiety and guilt of being the one who was free to save them but probably couldn't on time. When I stopped running and was about to give in to the guilt, I noticed that each person had their own key hooked to the back of their own devices. I was so busy and worried about leading each to their separate deliverance that I never thought to stand back and follow them.

I had another dream where I was in a building with some people and we went down this elevator and then there were buttons to go to other worlds. I had to go to this other one. I don't know why but I hit the button and when I came out the things that were walking around this building were like creepy crawling things with lots of legs. They were as small as rats and as tall as 4 or 5 feet but they always had some body parts that had way too many tentacles or antennae or legs. There didn't seem to be an outdoors, just a series of worlds connected by these elevators.

I was on a plane the other day with this guy that had a completely different value system from me. His top list of concerns based on our 2.5 hour conversation: 1. the whiteness of his dog's teeth, 2. money, 3. cars, 4. his son's muscles, 5. his dog's muscles.

I had a dream I was in a car crash and I was scrunched down in my seat so I couldn't see out the window. I was afraid that I would land in water so I didn't want to spend the time to sit up in my seat and look out the window because I was afraid that it would take too much time and that if I did land in water that I wouldn't be able to react in time to open the door. It was the middle of winter and like 0 degrees outside so it was additionally scary because of that. I don't remember where I landed exactly cause I woke up.

I had a dream that the national surveilance state was trying to arrest me. Trump daddy was personally aware of me. All the cellphones were listening for me. My crimes were political dissidence and anarchist apologetics which had recently become illegal. The main action of the dream was me running around this insane hotel being chased by federal agents.
