New Year Quesadilla Recipe:
Place all ingredients between two flour tortillas and heat on low until crispy/lightly browned.
Cheese blend: 1/2 Snowdonia Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese + 1/2 Gouda
Cover inside with dusting of paprika
Sea salt
Pepper
Diced red onion
Thin slices of deer sausage
Huy Fong Sriracha
Lemon juice on inside
Lime juice on outside
Serve with lime on side
