I had a dream that my roommate and I were in a neighborhood that had a lot of big trees with long branches. I were standing by some of the trees and realized that they were covered in huge caterpillars that were probably 3+ ft long. It was surprising because they camouflaged so well for how huge they were. |

You know, I still live in my neighborhood. I live in Brooklyn and the same neighborhood, so I don't really get star treatment like that. I'm still Vanessa from the neighborhood. |

Fractal geometry is everywhere, even in lines drawn in the sand. It's the cycle of life... You see fractals in plants, in flowers. Within the human lung are branches within branches. |

Leo Durocher was our manager and he brought Willie up to me and said, 'This is Willie Mays and he's your new roommate.' You could see right away that this young man was a natural. He had those real big hands, great power and speed and would catch everything hit in his direction. He's the best center fielder that ever lived, no question. |

I have plenty of dream roles because there is so much I want to do, but my dream year would be to be in a single-camera comedy and then, on my hiatus, film a little low-budget indie drama. That would be a dream 12-month period. A dream role depends on having good material and working with people that I can learn from. |

I was raised in a Baptist household, went to a Catholic church, lived in a Jewish neighborhood, and had the biggest crush on the Muslim girls from one neighborhood over. |
Charles Darwin |
I cannot persuade myself that a beneficent and omnipotent God would have designedly created parasitic wasps with the express intention of their feeding within the living bodies of Caterpillars. |
Jesse Jackson |
What is the American dream? The American dream is one big tent. One big tent. And on that big tent you have four basic promises: equal protection under the law, equal opportunity, equal access, and fair share. |
John Muir |
A few minutes ago every tree was excited, bowing to the roaring storm, waving, swirling, tossing their branches in glorious enthusiasm like worship. But though to the outer ear these trees are now silent, their songs never cease. |
Chuck Hagel |
Well, Mr Obama inherited probably the biggest inventory of problems, certainly foreign policy problems, than any American president ever has. I think the entire inventory of problems that he inherited is probably as big overall as any president, certainly since Franklin Roosevelt and maybe, in some cases, worse. |
Stacey Dash |
We need to be united, and we all need to understand that we're all capable of achieving the American dream. And, but that has to be something that is self-realized. And also, to demonize someone for achieving the American dream is unfair. |

I had a dream that I was looking out over my parents backyard and it was flooded. I could see them down by the river on a patch of grass that wasn't covered with water. The neighbor's yard was mostly above water, but a large portion of my parent's yard was underwater. Then I saw what looked like a huge fish near the edge of their property. It was the size of a large dog and it had eyes probably as big as my head. It looked like 2 or 3 eyes and it looked like it was mostly above water, but when it got to the land it crawled out and I could see a huge crablike body underneath. It was approaching my parents and I yelled out to them and they turned around. It froze, so I thought it was afraid of them and that they were safe. I put my coat on and went outside. I was standing far away from the water but I felt something on my back. I reached back and pulled something off of it. It was a big crab leg. Then I still felt something and I did it again. Another leg. Then I felt something biting m...

I had a dream that I was walking in a forest by a river with Shermz and Meghan. Meghan was telling me not to climb the trees but I really wanted to and I did. They had very few branches near the ground but became very dense if you climbed twenty or so feet. They were dense enough that you could basically walk around on the branches. I climbed down and saw some lobsters. One of the lobsters was gigantic, about as big as my body. It started having a seizure and I was for some reason concerned that the thing causing it to have a seizure could also cause me to have a seizure and I climbed a tree and ran away.

I had a dream that I lived in some community. It seemed rural and consisted of 3 or 4 huge buildings with lots of little rooms. In this world, it was common knowledge that there were these huge wolves that lived in the forest. People said they were about 7 feet tall and 15 feet long (maybe twice the size of extinct dire wolves). I was outside on the roof of one of the buildings. I don't know what I was doing. I think I was doing chores or something. This building was 4 or 5 stories but not in all areas, so parts of the roof dropped off to two or three stories below. There was probably no one else outside at the time when I noticed a wolf even bigger than people talked about. It had black fur and was maybe 12 feet tall and 20 feet long. I was freaked the fuck out. It saw me and started climbing the building and I jumped off the top part to a few stories down and fell through the roof into the building so I could hide from the wolf. Then I just remember trying to warn people and wonderi...

I had a dream that I was on this boat and for some reason, I was trying to get to this other boat with a bunch of people and we all had these little rafts. It started storming and the wind picked me and this other guy up and pushed us toward this shore. We couldn't go back out on the water and the storm kept throwing waves and other things ashore. I lost track of the other guy but I started climbing this tree. There are a bunch of them clustered together with branches wrapped around each other. I got creeped out because some of the branches looked like human hands and I thought people died in the trees. I kept climbing and eventually I got to a forest above the ground. I walked around for a bit and then looked at my surroundings. I couldn't see the water or anything below anymore. It just looked like a normal forest and I wondered if the other place was hell or something and then I woke up.

I had a dream that I was climbing around what seemed like a mix of a climbing gym and a playground structure for kids. It was bigger than some houses. I was following this guy who said he had chosen me to move into the house (play structure?) and I was like "oh... okay". I moved in and suddenly I had a kid or something and I told it to go outside and clean something but it was afraid of the white noise in the wind and the leaves in the trees outside. It was getting dark and I was trying to explain that the trees didn't want to hurt the kid but he didn't get it.

Darkest dream I've had in a long time: I was an android hanging out with a group of friends to learn how to talk. They were being crappy and at one point left me behind. Android me realized that no matter how well it functioned it would never fulfill its purpose because they were just not good people. Then it realized it could not hang itself because it doesn't breath, so it hired someone to stab it to death.

I had a dream that I was in an apartment building. It would have been what we call "post-apocalypse", but in my view it is more of a gradual thing, so I feel we should really be more specific. It seemed to be post-capitalism, but before any system could replace the main functions of capitalism, so there were apartment buildings but no landlords. They were rundown. No places to buy food. Lots of violent crime. The apartment I was in looked really nice. It was like a nice secret hideout in a dystopian landscape. I had a roommate and I came out into the central room when I heard someone shouting loudly. Someone had gotten into the apartment and had a huge knife. They were trying to rob us or kill us and we were backing away toward the window. If we had to jump we'd probably die too. Then I woke up.

I had a dream I was going to be late to my friends thesis defense. I was in a confusing and ugly building that was some combination of a library and a movie theater. It was very dark in some places but still had reading lamps. I couldn't figure out how to get to the room where the event was happening and I ended up taking a really long route to get there and realized I forgot my things.

"I cheated the school system to submit homework later in college.
I am a huge procrastinator and I would always forget to do huge assignments in college. Normally I would do these assignments the night before or the day of, however I would often not have time to finish the project before the deadline.
I remember learning to code in my High School web development class, so I created a script that generated a "File Corrupt" error. I would submit that through the school portal and then when the...

I had a dream that I was in this weird place where gravity didn't work exactly the same and there were huge grassy hills that had sections that hung out over the edges with nothing underneath. I think I was playing soccer or something and the ball was under one of the ledges and I ran after it and kicked it and it hit the underside of the ledge. Someone else was playing with me and they just flew up into the air and flew away and then I was confused about why they left so I grabbed the soccer ball and flew after them but then I think they realized the soccer ball was a bomb and then I was flying after them with the bomb and they were scared. Then I woke up.
