I played in an orchestra concert last night. One of my favorite parts about performing in an orchestra is looking around at the faces of the other musicians. Sometimes they say a lot. Sometimes you can tell they are very swept up in the part they are playing. Sometimes you can see how bored they are while counting rests. Sometimes they give very sassy looks at the conductor when the conductor tries something new. |

I had a dream I was at an orchestra concert and I was not in the concert but I was standing in this pit near the stage. I held up an instrument and asked someone whose violin it was and someone said it was a viola. Then the orchestra started performing and I tried to call out of the pit but I couldn't get out. Then my parents were there and they got up during the performance and tried to help me which was embarrassing. Then they told me to go home and meet them there. I went to their house and the house was more like a greenhouse and all the walls and doors were glass. I went there and started making pizza with some pizza dough. I drew a face in the dough with my finger and then ripped the dough around the face off. Then I continued making a pizza with all the dough. I knew a person would show up pretending to be my parent but would secretly be a demon and that I should pretend that I don't know that so I can escape. But then a demon just showed up with a huge knife and started walkin...

I had a dream that I lived in some community. It seemed rural and consisted of 3 or 4 huge buildings with lots of little rooms. In this world, it was common knowledge that there were these huge wolves that lived in the forest. People said they were about 7 feet tall and 15 feet long (maybe twice the size of extinct dire wolves). I was outside on the roof of one of the buildings. I don't know what I was doing. I think I was doing chores or something. This building was 4 or 5 stories but not in all areas, so parts of the roof dropped off to two or three stories below. There was probably no one else outside at the time when I noticed a wolf even bigger than people talked about. It had black fur and was maybe 12 feet tall and 20 feet long. I was freaked the fuck out. It saw me and started climbing the building and I jumped off the top part to a few stories down and fell through the roof into the building so I could hide from the wolf. When I was in middle school I thought it was weird that people had favorite colors and lucky numbers so I decided that I'd have a lucky color and a favorite number. My favorite number was 17.5 and my lucky color was orange.

An neural network named "Speech2Face" was trained by scientists on millions of educational videos from the internet that showed over 100,000 different people talking. From this dataset, Speech2Face learned associations between vocal cues and certain physical features in a human face, researchers wrote in a new study. The AI then used an audio clip to model a photorealistic face matching the voice, and the results are surprisingly close to the actual faces of the people whose voices it listened to. The faces generated by Speech2Face didn't precisely match the people behind the voices. But the images did usually capture the correct age ranges, ethnicities and genders of the individuals, according to the study.
