I realizing how much the words of one person can bias the thoughts of another person. The random things that you say can affect a persons train of thought for an unknown amount of time in the future. |

A beautiful deleveraging balances the three options. In other words, there is a certain amount of austerity, there is a certain amount of debt restructuring, and there is a certain amount of printing of money. When done in the right mix, it isn't dramatic. |

When I write songs, it's very random. I get influenced by the most random things! Sometimes it just comes to me in my sleep or just hanging out in a restaurant or something. Music just comes to me, and I'll start writing from there. |
Alfred Lord Tennyson |
Guard your roving thoughts with a jealous care, for speech is but the dialer of thoughts, and every fool can plainly read in your words what is the hour of your thoughts. |

You must acquire the habits and skills of managing a small amount of money before you can have a large amount. Remember, we are creatures of habit and, therefore, the habit of managing your money is more important than the amount. |
Arthur Schopenhauer |
As the biggest library if it is in disorder is not as useful as a small but well-arranged one, so you may accumulate a vast amount of knowledge but it will be of far less value than a much smaller amount if you have not thought it over for yourself. |

If you're going to do Shakespeare, do Shakespeare. There's a reason why he's been performed for hundreds of years. His words affect people on a very deep level. He's the true humanist. That all comes through his text, his words. |

Love is unknown. To open the heart in trust is unknown. They say love hurts. It doesn't have to. |

Once I accidentally left my passport in Nice, France, when I was on my way to Prague. Upon arriving in Vienna, after taking an overnight, and being asked to present my travel documents and realizing I forgot them at the hotel, they kicked me off the train and sent me back! |
Stephen King |
The most important things are the hardest things to say. They are the things you get ashamed of because words diminish your feelings - words shrink things that seem timeless when they are in your head to no more than living size when they are brought out. |
Swami Vivekananda |
We are what our thoughts have made us; so take care about what you think. Words are secondary. Thoughts live; they travel far. |

now i often look for the number 33 and 333 particularly. i have in the past 'tested' god but asking for certain affirmations for proof of his presence. nothing specific like o this person will text me at this time saying this but more reasonable things like relationship advice or a promotion of sorts to show my business mind is in the right set. i know this sounds quite generic or easily explained but i really am not searching for these numbers or objects, they just appear at times. imnot scouring the ground for pinecones i just continue my day and sometimes they pop up more unusually thannormal. again, i dont believe in coincidence anymore so often i hear certain words or events or topics or ideas in conversations/raps/videos over a short period of time.

I had a dream I was just running, like -- everywhere. Through peoples houses. One person thought I was a thief and called the cops but I was running through their garages and backyards and through this neighborhood. This one person's house was on fire and I just ran through it. I never stopped running. I was chasing cars. I kept speeding up and slowing down too. I couldn't keep a constant pace.

Take time off. Sit with your thoughts. We all need a break. No time like the present to get you rejuvenated for the future.

Not necessarily. Who is to say they have changed to be something different from what you are thinking about? Why do you think it is necessary to talk to a person for them to exist? Do you not already have an impression of this person from talking to them in the first place? Is anyone really what you think of them?

I had a dream that I was on a train with all this stuff and I had to throw it off the train and then jump and I lost a bunch of things.

But also, I like to think that a person can't think too much. They just need to think about different things.

A study on facebook conversations found they were more likely to go awry when one person shares something intended to be an opinion but another person believes it was intended or believed by the speaker to be a fact.
The appeal to expert opinion is often a fallacy. When people with higher academic degrees say their opinions, because they are perceived experts, the intention of opinion might be perceived as intention to share a fact. Facts are useful for persuasion, and when we hear them we might feel someone is attempting to persuade us.
Seems like something people with perceived expertise...

That is so cool. I don't know the answer to your question. If it exists independently of the person wouldn't it just be like a hologram or something? And if it exists relative to the person then everyone just has to have a device that messes with their perception.

Things a person does that are deterministic seem not genuine because they had no control over the fact that they did it.

This analysis suggests a reason for sensory enhancement under marijuana, a movement of attention from consciousness processes to awareness processes. We usually think of attention as synonymous with consciousness, but it is an uneasy synonymy. Consciousness seems to be more than attention, but we cannot describe a consciousness without attention. Perhaps it is possible for attention energy to move into sensory processes and operate less in the decisional, deliberative processes of consciousness. If this happens it would provide much more energy for attending to sense data, and we could expect the sensory experience to be more vivid and more detailed.
Intensity of sensory experience seems related to the total proportion or amount of attention which is involved in the process. If attention...
