I want to believe that everyone has good in them, but sometimes there are people that do terrible things to you and it's so difficult to override that natural instinct to dislike them. Lately I've been thinking a lot about the mind-body connection. For two weeks I've been suffering from severe nausea to the point where I find it difficult to eat. I have always had problems with motion sickness. Perhaps the nausea is related to all of the waves and uncertainty going on in my life right now. Maybe if I learned to fly above the waves rather than letting them toss me around, my nausea would subside. I just wish I knew how to accomplish that.
