Getting ready to wrestle is like getting ready for a car crash. Getting ready to work with Brock Lesnar is like knowing you're going to get hit by a bus and the bus is going to back over you. If I'm going to work 'WrestleMania,' 16 weeks out I have to start training like I'm Mayweather getting ready for a fight. |

No one forces me, or any other writer, to sell a film option on the books. If you don't want to run the risk that the filmmakers may adapt your work in a way you don't like, then you don't sell the option. You know when you sell it that they will have to make some changes, just because film and TV are different media than books. |

To understand how black projects began, and how they continue to function today, one must start with the creation of the atomic bomb. The men who ran the Manhattan Project wrote the rules about black operations. The atomic bomb was the mother of all black projects, and it is the parent from which all black operations have sprung. |

When you sell a man a book, you don't sell him 12 ounces of paper and ink and glue - you sell him a whole new life. |

People so far have been very fond of the Robert Altman movie, as I am, and when one things goes well it shines light on your other projects and now I seem to have a number of projects that are moving forward. |

As far as my projects are concerned, I have always maintained a healthy balance. My south Indian projects have never taken a backseat even though I've been busy in Hindi. Both regions have loved me, and being wanted by both the north and south film industries is a compliment by itself. |

I think we're really - we're doing a really great job doing our show, and other shows are doing a great job doing theirs, and we'll just see what people have to say. |

I do not believe that Darren Wilson should've been charged, but Brown should not have lost his life. Brown and Trayvon Martin should've gotten their butts kicked badly. They should've been handled physically, but they should not have been killed. |

I have a fear of poverty in old age. I have this vision of myself living in a skip and eating cat food. It's because I'm freelance, and I've never had a proper job. I don't have a pension, and my savings are dwindling. I always thought someone would just come along and look after me. |

I think we're doing the right things for the right reasons. We're not doing it to sell products. We're not doing it to be popular. We're doing it because in our judgment these stories are important to do, and at this length and this much depth. |

It's no secret that Big Sherm smoke mad ganj. Lately been smoking about a half ounce a week. Sometimes when I am on a long run of being high from waking up to going to bed, I get lost in my head (lol wonder why) and I think that this is just how my brain and thoughts works now. But every time I take a break even for just a day or two, my head clears back up and thoughts flow naturally again. The point of me posting this is that weed is awesome. Everything in moderation (something I clearly have trouble with in all aspects of my life) but this really proves to me that ganj is great cuz I can just stop and be normal again. When I'm on a long kick of smoking I analyze how my brain is functioning and while it does have longterm effects, it really is crazy how I can get right back into things with just a few days of detox. I have quit drinking for the most part, next is cigarettes and weed.

Okay so I just had a guy holler at me while I was crossing the street. He said he is a messenger for the lord and god wanted him to talk to me. I was already across the street omw to work but I said "sure Im into this shit" and waited for him to cross because thre were a lot of cars coming. immediately gave him my big sherm business card. he asked me if i had an addiction i wanted to overcome and i was like absolutely im trying to quit drinking and he asked me if he could pray over me and if he could put his hand on my shoulder. then he did a prayer and said holy fire a lot and jesus and it was quite a moment. his name is jeoffrey (not sure of the spelling) but he kidna looked like matisyahu lol

When I've been high for weeks at a time I start struggling with freestyling and annunciation but even when I stop getting high at the beginning of my days and continue smoking in large quantities at night, my mind still functions well. Obviously you will get lost if you are always high unless you are very firmly planted but for someone like me, regardless of how strong my values are, I am involved in a few too many different interests and weed definitely gets me stuck in between these loves. Between music, marketing, theosophy, and just chillin, I got a lot on my plate and remaining grounded is important. There is a place for everything, or to quote myself, "theres a time to work and a time to blow that purple"

they do but the imporant thing is trusting that you are making the right decisions. you wont ever know the outcome or results before picking, so instead of being fearful of decisions, you must be confident and be a decider. 'let the chips fall where they may'
take the opportunities offered, they only knock once. but i have given up some awesome opportunities like being moved to LA to work for a web company, but i dont regret not doing it because it was the right decision at the time to turn it down. i wouldnt be who i am today if i went there, and it might be better, but i chose to stay and finish my album and im happy i did. ...

Dude or dudette, I have trouble with this all the time. My thoughts is that EVERYONE is capable of being considerate and bettering themselves but they just don't care. However I think after years or decades of not giving a shit about anyone but themselves, they get stuck in that mindset. Nurture is so important because as we know most people tend not to change thaaat much, so if they are being raised well then they end up having these lifelong values stuck with them.
I've seen tons of people who seem incapable of considering others, but I find that at least some reflect on their actions, but when they are in the thick of it, don't consider or reflect on those thoughts, which I get, it's hard to be active and reflect at the same time. ...

1 In 4 Statisticians Say They Were Asked To Commit Scientific Fraud (acsh.org)
As the saying goes, "There are three kinds of lies: lies, damned lies, and statistics." We know that's true because statisticians themselves just said so. From a report:
A stunning report published in the Annals of Internal Medicine concludes that researchers often ask statisticians to make "inappropriate requests." And by "inappropriate," the authors aren't referring to accidental requests for incorrect statistical analyses; instead, they're referring to requests for unscrupulous data manipulation or even fraud....
