Hey everyone! I'm Charlie's buddy MiiIIiIIIiiRRiiAAmmmMMmm for those of you who don't know me (and Reed's roommate if any of you know him). I was hoping maybe one or two or three of you could help me out with something. I AM IN NEED OF KIDS.
Explanation: I'm learning how to administer cognitive tests to kids as part of my training in clinical psychology. I need to find children ages 6 to 16 that would be willing to take practice cognitive tests with me this summer (and parents that are willing), but I don't know any in kids in Michigan. Do any of you have siblings/cousins that are kids or know people who have kids that might be interested? A lot of kids actually find it fun, and I would give them a small prize/thank-you gift. I'm also really, really desperate.
Overall, the testing generally takes around 2-3 hours per kid, and parents' involvement usually takes no more than 30 minutes (filling out a consent form and a couple surveys). I would meet the family wherever is convenient for them!

President Schlissel at the University of Michigan refuses tests to people and then when they can get tests has them escorted by cops to quarantine dorms with roaches, no food, no microwaves, no bed sheets, and then when students don't want to get tested at UoM or tell UoM they tested positive he says:
"A lack of cooperation is a potential violation of our Statement of Student Rights and Responsibilities."

Brain scans of adolescents who are heavy users of smartphones, tablets and video games look different from those of less active screen users, preliminary results from an ongoing study funded by the National Institutes of Health show, according to a report on Sunday by "60 Minutes." i've been watching berkeley lectures on cognitive science and they showed that all sleep learning studies have shown that you don't learn but there is evidence to show that it helps your memory.

I had a dream that I was playing basketball with someone I haven't seen since 5th grade and he smashed a can of rootbeer on the ground and that all seemed normal, but then the simulation that is our universe gets hacked and all the children in the world decide their only purpose is to kill all the adults. Some of the kids are very young and very dumb and zombie like. I somehow meet up with my friend who appears to know a lot about the hack and a lot of experience with the kids. He's telling me all the most effective ways to murder large numbers of children of various age groups. Then as we're kind of quickly walking away from some toddlers he jumps in a golf cart and seems to accidentally run me over as he drives it toward the toddlers and then I woke up.
