John Lennon |
He didn't come out of my belly, but my God, I've made his bones, because I've attended to every meal, and how he sleeps, and the fact that he swims like a fish because I took him to the ocean. I'm so proud of all those things. But he is my biggest pride. |

Then I did Mystic Pizza, just to do something I wasn't fat in. |

I'm a character actor, and I made a choice when I was young, after 'Mystic Pizza', not to go for the mainstream stuff, and to do a more eclectic kind of route. |

You could not step twice into the same rivers; for other waters are ever flowing on to you. |

A lot of artists go in the studio and say, 'OK, whaddaya want me to do? Is it gonna be a hit? I'll do it. Is it gonna get played on the radio? I'll do it.' So they start makin' these songs, and they fall in the same tempo, same category, same this, same that, and it'll just all sound the same. |
Monte Irvin |
We used to look at each other and say, 'We play the same game with the same rules, the same bat, the same ball, the same field. What the hell does color have to do with it? You don't play with color. You play with talent.' |
Helen Keller |
Love is like a beautiful flower which I may not touch, but whose fragrance makes the garden a place of delight just the same. |
Khalil Gibran |
When you are joyous, look deep into your heart and you shall find it is only that which has given you sorrow that is giving you joy. When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight. |
Thomas Carlyle |
Silence is the element in which great things fashion themselves together; that at length they may emerge, full-formed and majestic, into the delight of life, which they are thenceforth to rule. |
Anais Nin |
Anxiety is love's greatest killer. It makes others feel as you might when a drowning man holds on to you. You want to save him, but you know he will strangle you with his panic. |

I had a scary dream where people were dying. I cannot remember but I think there was drowning.

I used to have dreams but THC now swims through my veins. The same game everyday with no shame. It's my way of stayin insane. But you don't get no beauty sleep while shootin reefer straight to the face. You don't dream and your DMT it just don't release. But instead of ceasin this disease I'm just increasin it. Using weed to ease and disappear my feelings.

I basically meant that there are those who have not embraced a certain path and are testing the waters of many different teachings where as others have come to follow a single path already and a farther along it than beginners.

Dreams I've had recently: -I found out both my parents were having affairs with people. My mom's had been going on since I was 7 and was with some guy she met while wading into water in Mexico. He taught our whole family how to snorkel or something like that. My dad's was with some woman named Linda he met at the indoor pool where he swims laps. -My sister got back together with her ex-girlfriend and that same day they got married at a courthouse. -I found my iPod. (Then I found it in real life that day.)

Make your interests gradually wider and more impersonal, until bit by bit the walls of the ego recede, and your life becomes increasingly merged in the universal life. An individual human existence should be like a river — small at first, narrowly contained within its banks, and rushing passionately past rocks and over waterfalls. Gradually the river grows wider, the banks recede, the waters flow more quietly, and in the end, without any visible break, they become merged in the sea, and painlessly lose their individual being.

'Great Dying': Rapid Warming Caused Largest Extinction Event Ever, Report Says (theguardian.com)
Rapid global warming caused the largest extinction event in the Earth's history, which wiped out the vast majority of marine and terrestrial animals on the planet, scientists have found. The mass extinction, known as the "great dying," occurred around 252m years ago and marked the end of the Permian geologic period. The study of sediments and fossilized creatures show the event was the single greatest calamity ever to befall life on Earth, eclipsing even the extinction of the dinosaurs 65m years ago. Up to 96% of all marine species perished while more than two-thirds of terrestrial species disappeared. The cataclysm was so severe it wiped out most of the planet's trees, insects, plants, liza...

Lying in bed would be an altogether perfect and supreme experience if only one had a coloured pencil long enough to draw on the ceiling. This, however, is not generally a part of the domestic apparatus on the premises. I think myself that the thing might be managed with several pails of Aspinall and a broom. Only if one worked in a really sweeping and masterly way, and laid on the colour in great washes, it might drip down again on one?s face in floods of rich and mingled colour like some strange fairy rain; and that would have its disadvantages. I am afraid it would be necessary to stick to black and white in this form of artistic composition. To that purpose, indeed, the white ceiling would be of the greatest possible use; in fact, it is the only use I think of a white ceiling being put to.
