I had a dream that there were these two aquatic animals and they were both parasites but one was like the size of a squirrel and one was like a small beetle. The larger one attached it self to some cat sized aquatic mammal, like a beaver or something and it was trying to kill the animal to feed it's babies and then the small parasite latched onto the bigger one and triggered something to happen to it and it's head opened up and there was this exposed brain and it was dying at the same time the larger animal was dying. So weird. |

Diane Ackerman |
Just as our ancient ancestors drew animals on cave walls and carved animals from wood and bone, we decorate our homes with animal prints and motifs, give our children stuffed animals to clutch, cartoon animals to watch, animal stories to read. |
Antonio Banderas |
Cats are very independent animals. They're very sexy, if you want. Dogs are different. They're familiar. They're obedient. You call a cat, you go, 'Cat, come here.' He doesn't come to you unless you have something in your hand that he thinks might be food. They're very free animals, and I like that. |

The Democratic Party is the party that opened its arms. We opened them to every nationality, every creed. We opened them to the immigrants. The Democratic Party is the party of the people. |

Small- and medium-sized businesses need access to a diverse range of finance options, including non-bank lending. These new forms of finance are still small in scale today but they should, over time, bring additional choice and greater competition to the lending market. |
Thomas R. Insel |
Most of our brain cells are glial cells, once thought to be mere support cells, but now understood as having a critical role in brain function. Glial cells in the human brain are markedly different from glial cells in other brains, suggesting that they may be important in the evolution of brain function. |
Lawrence Eagleburger |
Small- and medium-sized companies do not know what we have to offer and that needs to be changed. We must react just as strenuously on their behalf as we do for larger companies. |
Dianna Agron |
Sometimes I feel people can move past what they've grown up around and their surroundings while in a place and some people need closure after they've left and then coming back. I've seen it happen with people I knew growing up that hated each other, and then years later you go home and you see them walking down the street and they have babies. |

My dream became bigger and bigger. And the box got bigger than the message, than the Gospel. |

Well, the first thing that clued me in to the fact that there was something really scary about breast cancer, way beyond the thought of dying, was coming across an ad in the newspaper for pink breast cancer teddy bears. I am not that afraid of dying, but I am terrified of dying with a pink teddy bear under my arm. |

I'm not a vegetarian by any means; I eat fish. But the problem with shark finning is they catch the shark, cut their fins and throw them back in the ocean, and to me, that's wrong. If you're going to kill an animal, you should use the entire animal and do it humanely. I'm definitely not a big fan. |

"Had a manager a long time ago who wore a really nice hat outdoor (he was a little old fashioned). My co-workers and I found the exact same hat at the local mall and bought two. One was a 1/4 size larger, the other a 1/4 size smaller. Every now and then when he'd leave the hat in his office, for instance a trip to the restroom, we'd switch hats.
The questioning look on his face every time we switched was priceless. The size difference was just enough to mess with him, without making the hat look weird. I don't know if he every figured it out, it went on for a year and was still going on the day I left."

I had a dream that I was on a boat and the boat was attached to a bigger boat and we were headed somewhere. I fell asleep and when I woke up my boat was partially under water and I couldn't see the larger boat so I was pretty sure that I was stranded in the middle of the ocean and pretty sure I was going to drown. I couldn't even get out of my boat without swimming under because the front side was sinking and that's where the door was.

I had a dream that I was a zombie and I had a wound on the back of my head and if I was moving a certain way, a flap of skin on the back of my head would fall down (but still attached) and expose my brain. I was in some kind of public building that seemed like an airport in some parts and a library in others. I wandered down a long corridor with nothing but blank white walls into a carpeted bathroom with a lot of windows. I just wanted to see what my head looked like. There were many locked doors and I found a sign that said "the unholy are not welcome". I had a vague sense that people I knew were in the building but I was panicking and tried to leave. Two people started following me and I somehow knew that they were hunting zombies. I knew they must of seen the wound on my head and knew what happened. I had no idea how I had died but I didn't want to die again so I started running.

I had a really weird dream. I think I was in a cab with a friend and we were driving around this city where almost everything was under construction. We got out of the cab and my friend disappeared and I ended up in a park standing around a group of people who was listening to someone speak. A pack of wolves walked by in the distance and one ran up to me and hit my hand with his head as if to greet me or something. I walked toward the wolves and the next thing I remember is I was a woman wandering around this apartment trying to avoid people and there was a tiny fairy person about the size of my hand that I was carrying around. Not sure if I was also a fairy that just wasn't small or if I was human.

I had a dream that this squirrel was trying to steal my food. I walked over to him and he jumped on me and sunk his teeth into my hand and I couldn't get him off of me. After a while I finally pried the squirrel away and my hand was bleeding and then I had to get rabies shots.

I had a dream that this dragonfly was flying around my house. It was about the size of my hand and it looked like it was made of tiny little balloons of all different colors, but the main color was green. I picked it up and it wasn't moving very much and I realized that it had another mosquito-like fly attached to it that I think was killing it. I removed the mosquito and the dragonfly balloons inflated to about twice the size and it started flying around the room really fast.

I had a dream that I was in this house and if you believed that there was something in the house that could kill you it would kill you but if you didn't think it was true nothing would happen to you. All these people freaked out and started climbing on things to try and run away and they died.

We used to think that a new embryo's epigenome was completely erased and rebuilt from scratch. But this isn't completely true. Some epigenetic tags remain in place as genetic information passes from generation to generation, a process called epigenetic inheritance.
Epigenetic inheritance is an unconventional finding. It goes against the idea that inheritance happens only through the DNA code that passes from parent to offspring. It means that a parent's experiences, in the form of epigenetic tags, can be passed down to future generations.
As unconventional as it may be, there is little doub...

I had a dream that I was running through a forest and I saw these shadows running parallel to me. They weren't very large shadows and when I ran into a clearing I saw a lake. A couple of small deer, a cat, and a couple dogs ran out. There was a lake and snow everywhere, but the lake wasn't frozen and all the animals ran into the lake and swam away.
