Whenever I think that every big web service already exists i.e. a facebook, youtube, instagram, vine, i remember there are still new ones coming out. netflix just hit 100 million subscribers, and that is a somewhat recent web tool that serviced something that didnt exist before. people were youtubing shows or pirating them not streaming.

North Korea Gets Second Route To Internet Via Russia Link
Russia is providing North Korea another way to get on the internet, according to cybersecurity outfit FireEye. In an interview on Monday, FireEye's chief technology officer for the Asia-Pacific region, Bryce Boland, said that Russia telecommunications company TransTeleCom opened a new link for users in North Korea. Until now, state-owned China United Network Communications Ltd. was the country's sole connection. Bloomberg reports:

Similarly, when I contacted the agency to tell them someone else had written a fraudulent comment in my name supporting the attack on net neutrality, I was told there was simply nothing that could be done. Combined with the agency's apparently fabricated DDoS attack, there's more than a few indicators that the agency is eager to malign the integrity of the public feedback period in order to try and downplay the massive public backlash to its handout to the telecom industry.
