I had a dream that my family was renting this house by this lake and there was a chain I found on the ground that I pulled on and I found that it went into the center of the lake and at the end was a big coin. There were seagulls by the lake and as I was pulling the chain one flew into my pocket and then an identical looking one kept diving at my head. Then I was climbing up these stairs and there was a cat that wanted the seagulls. The cat caught one but then it tried to escape and the cat fell off the stairs. The owner of the cat came and told me that the cat was in school and that the cat was going to be expelled for being irresponsible and falling down the stairs.

Someone tricked would be investors during an ethereum ICO into sending their cryptocurrency to the wrong address.
A hacker has allegedly just stolen around $7.4 million dollars worth of ether, the cryptocurrency that underpins the app platform ethereum, by tricking victims into sending money to the wrong address during an Initial Coin Offering, or ICO. This is according to a company called Coindash that says its investors were sending their funds to a hacker.

The Securities and Exchange Commission is charging DJ Khaled and professional boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr for failing to disclose that they were paid promotional fees to tout fraudulent initial coin offerings. The Verge reports:

A bill to amend Japan's Banking Act has finally come to fruition, recognizing Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as legal tender. The bill has far-reaching repercussions for the digital currency world as well as the way that cryptocurrencies can be traded and exchanged. The Banking Act was modified after a long process of debate and dialog which saw proponents of digital currencies arguing on their behalf. An AI box, sometimes called an oracle AI, is a hypothetical isolated computer hardware system where a possibly dangerous artificial intelligence, or AI, is kept constrained in a "virtual prison" and not allowed to manipulate events in the external world.
