So we bill our clients by the minute of my time spent, often this translates in huge profits for my boss since 1 hour of my work is whatever price, and the billable fee is often 3 times as much. But what this really means is that if one of my clients wants me to spend 5 hours changing their share button, it will cost them nearly $400. |

The best plan now is to have as many bosses as possible. I call it boss diversity. If you work for a company and you have one boss and that boss doesn't like you or wants to get rid of you, you're in trouble. But if you work for yourself, you have lots of bosses, who are your customers, and if a few of them decide they don't like you, that's okay. |

We've grown from 18% of the profits of the top 25 companies in our industry to 23% of the profits of the top 25 companies in our industry over the last five years. Profits are up over 70%, where the industry profit is up about 35%. Pretty good. |

I bought a company in the mid-'90s called Dexter Shoe and paid $400 million for it. And it went to zero. And I gave about $400 million worth of Berkshire stock, which is probably now worth $400 billion. But I've made lots of dumb decisions. That's part of the game. |

I still owe a duty of loyalty to my clients and former clients, so I cannot specify which clients I did not especially find congenial, but the cause was the same. |

I know that I am an excellent live performer. I know that I have spent my life paying attention to my art form, developing my art form, worrying about my show and what it is I'm bringing to people, making sure that I give them a fine trade. They get a two-hour show, sometimes a three-hour show, for a decent price. |

What is sad to me is not what Bill Nye thinks about me. What I found really unfortunate is that after presenting my stand on God's Word, there were a number of Christians who were more complimentary of Bill Nye than of me because Bill Nye was defending evolution and billions of years. |

Learn to enjoy every minute of your life. Be happy now. Don't wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious is the time you have to spend, whether it's at work or with your family. Every minute should be enjoyed and savored. |
John C. Maxwell |
Look at our society. Everyone wants to be thin, but nobody wants to diet. Everyone wants to live long, but few will exercise. Everybody wants money, yet seldom will anyone budget or control their spending. |

But for every hour and a half on stage, you have a five hour long bus ride, waiting for five hours at the airport, five hours of interviews... I know, it's part of the job, but that doesn't imply I have to like it. |
Arthur Ashe |
True heroism is remarkably sober, very undramatic. It is not the urge to surpass all others at whatever cost, but the urge to serve others at whatever cost. |

The bookmark button on twitter is so bad. Like the design... is so bad. You have to click the bracket+arrow button which looks like it represents a file upload and then it brings up the "share" menu, and part of the share menu is bookmark? What the fuck? that has NOTHING to do with sharing. it's just saving it for myself. SO BAD holy shit.

My boss spent 30 minutes describing a chicken recipe to me as I was trying to leave work. I said I would try making it tonight, but now I'm just going to Chipolte... Do I just lie and say I made it or do I tell the truth? #DrFaisalDillemas

Bitcoin Becomes Legal Payment Option In Japan, Prices Spike A bill to amend Japan's Banking Act has finally come to fruition, recognizing Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as legal tender. The bill has far-reaching repercussions for the digital currency world as well as the way that cryptocurrencies can be traded and exchanged. The Banking Act was modified after a long process of debate and dialog which saw proponents of digital currencies arguing on their behalf. Now, after months of discussion, the bill has come into effect as of the beginning of April. Section 3 of the bill has been modified to including wording on virtual currency and is being called the Virtual Currency Act, according to reporting by Brave New Coin. Digital currencies like Bitcoin have finally received definition and recognition as a means of payment by the Japanese government. The Banking Act's Payment Services ...

How much do you think Elon Musk drinks? He definitely drinks... but he works like 80-100 hours a week and has like 5 kids. How does he have time to drink? It just makes me sleepy or gives me a headache now, which can definitely ruin a 100 hour work week.

And because working in an office every day is the biggest waste of breath, at least for me. Driving here, sitting in a tiny room all day, doing work for clients. I hate every part of it. I need to start working out and not drive anymore. Let me tell you about some conclusions I've came to in the past month. [1] We're ALL being lied to, constantly by the US government. (NSA spying is the biggest example of an incredibly illegal, GIGANTIC problem that was and is still lied about or misinformed. If they did that and lied about it, what else could these bureaucracys of our government be doing that is equally or substantially more unethical. There are more examples, the CIA participating in the Cocaine trade. Thats not a theory, it's proven on paper. In memphis where MLK was shot, it was legally found in the court of law that his death was the result of a conspiracy between the Mob and at least one member of the police. HMMMM). [2] Everyone around you is distracted 24/7. Distracted with, w...
