Everything before that point was leading up to that exact moment, and yet none of it mattered. |

We saw everything as small metaphors for the origins of humanity. We hit all the major points. How did we get here? The war paint, the Tai Chi, fire, discovery, the commandments, friendship, love, jealousy, sacrifices, blessings, old technology and familiarity, unknown travelers of similar origins. Those who were in the exact same place in the past, doing the same basic things. Our version of the cycle was life changing and we represented all different aspects of humanity.

Fame is really strange. One day you're not famous, and then the next day you are, and the odd thing is that you know intellectually that nothing in the world is different. What mattered to you yesterday are the same things that matter today, and the rules all still apply - yet everyone looks at you differently. |
Sun Tzu |
Of all those in the army close to the commander none is more intimate than the secret agent; of all rewards none more liberal than those given to secret agents; of all matters none is more confidential than those relating to secret operations. |
Swami Vivekananda |
The moment I have realized God sitting in the temple of every human body, the moment I stand in reverence before every human being and see God in him - that moment I am free from bondage, everything that binds vanishes, and I am free. |
Aravind Adiga |
When I was growing up in the south Indian city of Madras, there were only two political parties that mattered; one was run by a former matinee idol, and the other was run by his former screenwriter. |

Years ago we discovered the exact point, the dead center of middle age. It occurs when you are too young to take up golf and too old to rush up to the net. |
Samuel Butler |
It is not he who gains the exact point in dispute who scores most in controversy - but he who has shown the better temper. |
Sholom Aleichem |
There are people who have never been taught anything, and know everything, have never been anywhere, and understand everything, have never given a moment's thought to anything, and comprehend everything. 'Blessed hands' is the name bestowed on these fortunate beings. The world envies, honours and respects them. |
Francis Quarles |
If thou desire the love of God and man, be humble, for the proud heart, as it loves none but itself, is beloved of none but itself. Humility enforces where neither virtue, nor strength, nor reason can prevail. |
Theaster Gates |
I sometimes am challenged to imagine where the timbre of art should be. Should it be about objects that point to this current moment, or how objects are related to ideas of this current moment? |
Matthew Henry |
None so deaf as those that will not hear. None so blind as those that will not see. |

Nothing like the moment you realize that the asshole who's tailgating you with his brights on when you're driving home from the bar is a cop. Maybe drunks panic and speed up? The gotcha moment is when s/he passes you way over the speed limit in a no passing zone.

So I hate that moment when your friend is in the middle of pouring out his soul and right at the moment of a reflecting silence a fart slips out of you. Like you have absolutely no control. This fart is too powerful that is surpasses any attempts at clenching. It has left your body before you can take appropriate action to cover it up. Its exposed and the truth comes out.....women do fart.

I had a dream where I was leading a group of people that I think I had known a long time ago to an apartment where some relative of mine lived. I think they wanted to kill my relative for some reason and they didn't know I was related to this person so I was pretending to be on the group's side. I knew that if I stopped leading this group to my relatives apartment they'd attack me too. So I led them almost to the apartment but then I had a chance to disappear when they weren't looking so I ran into some random building and I found a way to climb up the wall. I was trying to get into a corner and hide and wait until they all disappeared. Some military-looking vehicle passed by and people shined lights in the windows but no one could see me because I was high enough up.

George Carlin : Think for a moment about the concept of the flamethrower. Okay? The flamethrower. Because we have them. Well, *we* don't have them, the army has them. That's right. We don't have any flamethrowers. I'd say we're fucked if we have to go up against the army, wouldn't you? But we have flamethrowers. And what this indicates to me, it means that at some point, some person said to himself, "Gee, I sure would like to set those people on fire over there. But I'm way too far away to get the job done. If only I had something that would throw flame on them." Well, it might have ended right there, but he mentioned it to his friend. His friend who was good with tools. And about a month later, he was back. "Hey, quite a concept!" WHHOOOOOOOOSSHHH! And of course the army heard about it, and they came around. "We'd like to buy about five hundred-thousand of them please. We have some people we'd like to throw flame on. Give us five hundred thousand and paint them dark brown. We don't w...

I had a dream that I was walking around outside and my cat was leading me somewhere. Then she dug up a passion fruit and brought it to me. Much better than bringing me mice imo.
