Jim Rohn |
If you go to work on your goals, your goals will go to work on you. If you go to work on your plan, your plan will go to work on you. Whatever good things we build end up building us. |
Sarah Gadon |
It's tempting to think, 'This is silly. I'm an artist. I care about my work, my work is first. I don't care about what kind of dress I wear... That's so secondary to me.' But if you care about your work... then you need to take this part of it just as seriously as you would going into an audition and going into work. |
Vince Lombardi |
Individual commitment to a group effort - that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work. |
Hector Elizondo |
I used to work, part time, in a deli, in those days when your parents made you work just so you should know what work was like. And you'd make 4, 5, 6, ten dollars. |
Lady Gaga |
It sometimes makes people feel better about themselves, you know, to put other people down, or make fun of them, or maybe make mockery of their work and that doesn't make me feel good at all. |
Henry David Thoreau |
As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives. |
Ali Farahnakian |
Work on your craft, and your career will come. Work on your community, and your career will come. But just work on your career, and you'll have neither a craft nor a community. |
Brian Ferneyhough |
Hence my obstinate emphasis on stylistic continuity from work to work rather than specific sibling relationships between the individual work and other members of its stylistic 'family' in the world outside. |
Carmen Ejogo |
I wanted to work with Mike Leigh. I had my list of British people I wanted to work with, and I wanted to work with David Lynch and Woody Allen. |
Carrie Ann Inaba |
My grandmother used to cook for eight every day - sitting down lunches and dinner, the way you do it in Italy, you sit down. And when my parents could afford their own place, I went with them but still my mother used to work but used to come back from work to cook lunch for my father, come back from work, cook dinner for my father and me. |

"Yeah, well focus on what is going to be the best route for you. A lot of people get caught up with figuring out ways to make money and never bother making any programs. Just make programs, and if they work and you profit, scale up or automate it. Move onto the next program."

My resignation letter I haven't sent yet: llo Ryan,
I regret to inform you my leaving of the company. I am mentally drained to the point where I no longer feel productive here. I have arrived at the conclusion that I cannot work on computers this much in a routine schedule.
I would love to work something out in the future, I think we have done great work together, however I can no longer continue this job. Sitting for 8 hours, 5 days a week, is something I just cannot do, regardless of location. ...

BigMoney$-naire propaganda is so embedded that $$-man can say nonsense like "I am accumulating resources to help make life multiplanetary & extend the light of consciousness to the stars" and $-man's men will do all the work of arguing how noble that is

also, even more importantly, i learned that you have to slam the methods when they work. nothing lasts forever and real easy ways to make money back 10 years ago are non existent now.
if you have an edge, fuckin use it

Turn up for work. Discipline allows creative freedom. No discipline equals no freedom. Never stop when you are stuck. You may not be able to solve the problem, but turn aside and write something else. Do not stop altogether. Love what you do. Be honest with yourself. If you are no good, accept it. If the work you are doing is no good, accept it. Don’t hold on to poor work. If it was bad when it went in the drawer it will be just as bad when it comes out. ...
