now that my list of product ids is in the millions and ive used about 40gb of proxy bandwidth scraping maybe 50k pages from that data, i have to carefully weigh out how much i want to spend on proxies (spent about $30) on this experiment that could result in just a simple takedown notice to stop the method. granted i can always reuse and modify this data. but i guarantee if you had a million page site based directly around real ecommerce products you would make good money if it stays up

For nearly two weeks, the company's official Twitter account has been directing users to a fake lookalike website. After announcing the breach, Equifax directed its customers to equifaxsecurity2017.com, a website where they can enroll in identity theft protection services and find updates about how Equifax is handing the "cybersecurity incident." But the decision to create "equifaxsecurity2017" in the first place was monumentally stupid. The URL is long and it doesn't look very official -- that means it's going to be very easy to emulate. so our 8 person team handles the highest paying windows customers at our company. and most of them are the highest paying customers we have.
they pay us substantially below industry standards. everyone stood up for themselves and demanded higher raises this year. management said NO to everyone more or less. (Or offered almost nothing)
Now 2 people left for Amazon. 1 Person just got a job in Flint. 1 just got a job at the state. 1 just got another job offer. (Most offers are about double what we get paid)
