I realized there are weeks of my life where I spend more time running than walking. |

I spend a lot of time with my children. I like to go to the country with them, where we can spend hours walking in the woods and talking. That's more important to me than anything else. |

Marathon running, like golf, is a game for players, not winners. That is why Callaway sells golf clubs and Nike sells running shoes. But running is unique in that the world's best racers are on the same course, at the same time, as amateurs, who have as much chance of winning as your average weekend warrior would scoring a touchdown in the NFL. |

I love doing action scenes, there's that great thing when you sort of stop acting because if you're running, you're not acting like you're running, you are just actually running. |
Willie Aames |
I started running away when I was five years old. It wasn't until I was an adult that I realized what I really wanted was somebody to come after me when I was running away. |
Neil Jackson |
For my 23rd birthday, I received a nylon string guitar. I told myself that if I could play Eric Clapton's 'Tears In Heaven,' then I could play the guitar. I practised every chance I got, driving my housemates insane, until several weeks later I had a shaky version of the song down. I wrote my first song on the guitar a few weeks after that. |

I think I've been incredibly raw my whole career. A lot of people spend a lot of time trying to look cool and spend time being guarded and putting up walls. I just never had the time. It seems more honest to say, 'Hey, this is who I am.' |
George Matthew Adams |
What you think means more than anything else in your life. More than what you earn, more than where you live, more than your social position, and more than what anyone else may think about you. |
Helen Keller |
Walking with a friend in the dark is better than walking alone in the light. |
Barack Obama |
If you're walking down the right path and you're willing to keep walking, eventually you'll make progress. |
Francis of Assisi |
It is no use walking anywhere to preach unless our walking is our preaching. |

I had a dream I was wandering around Europe and I kept running into these two girls. They were talking about how they were moving to Canada and I was like "wow me too, weird!" Then I was walking around this public area that was a mix of shops and parks and I stepped on this sand that seemed like it was for some religious ceremony. It was arranged to make a picture of some elephants and red robes and stuff. I realized I stepped on it and jumped off, worried that someone would be offended but they said it was okay. There was a lot more to the dream but that's what I remember.

I had a dream I was out in a large neighborhood with a lot of empty space and I heard a bus going by and I think a kid on the bus had a gun and started shooting and I was running away and then I don't know if this was part of the same dream or a different one but then the kid just started walking toward me and I was totally outrunning him but this coral snake was following me and it was really fast. It was always moving at the same speed I was and I just kept running until I woke up.

I had a dream I was in Ashley's front yard walking around and a coyote was running around and then I saw it run into a backyard and kill some kid.

One time when I was younger, my brother was mowing the lawn and I was having a really great time chasing him. I was laughing a lot because of how annoying he thought I was. For whatever reason I thought it was so funny to see him try to flee me while on the lawn mower and it was also hilarious how mad he was getting, and I found the whole thing just too funny so I fell over laughing. Well my dog was also having a great time running around in circles in the yard bc i was and he was running really fast and ran over my face. His paw punched my eye and I had a black eye. Lol.

Darkest dream I've had in a long time: I was an android hanging out with a group of friends to learn how to talk. They were being crappy and at one point left me behind. Android me realized that no matter how well it functioned it would never fulfill its purpose because they were just not good people. Then it realized it could not hang itself because it doesn't breath, so it hired someone to stab it to death.

I had a dream that Jerry from Rick and Morty was a giant monster and he was attacking me and I was running around this building and trying to kill him with a bow and arrow. My friend kept saying "hey are you ready to leave" like it was a videogame that she wanted me to stop playing but it wasn't. It felt like real life and like I was fighting for my life. Super weird.

I had a dream I was driving someone's car and I crashed it and ended up in some mountain. I was walking around this mountain thing and noticed it was sort of moving, then realized it was a giant octopus. It was the middle of the day and it was bright, and everywhere there was darkness there were spiders. Every spot that had no sun was covered with so many spiders that you could barely see through them. I remember knowing the sun was setting and being worried, and then I woke up.

I had a dream I was just running, like -- everywhere. Through peoples houses. One person thought I was a thief and called the cops but I was running through their garages and backyards and through this neighborhood. This one person's house was on fire and I just ran through it. I never stopped running. I was chasing cars. I kept speeding up and slowing down too. I couldn't keep a constant pace.
